Champagne, Cheese & Connoisseur
On Wednesday 26 April, London’s best wine merchant, and Marylebone’s favourite fine wine purveyor, Philglas & Swiggot is treating us to an evening of indulgences at its Champagne and cheese masterclass.
The 2-hour event will consist of tasting a range of Champagnes, from establish Grande Marque houses to boutique growers, served alongside a specially picked selection of cheese.
Host of the evening, Francis Percival, renowned food and wine specialist, and editor of The World of Fine Wine, will discuss the impact of site, region, and process on both the wine and cheese and explore the art of wine and cheese pairing.
