Spring is on the menu at Carousel this April
With spring in the air, it’s time to come out of hibernation and explore the culinary delights the Chiltern Street area has to offer, and none has more variety on the menu than Carousel.
Its open kitchen welcomes an ever-changing line up of chefs from around the globe, and although there are only a couple of days left to enjoy Esra Uslu’s celebrated Turkish cuisine, the comings weeks will see plenty of opportunities to enjoy Carousel’s exciting program of guest chefs.
At the forefront of local, sustainable and seasonal cooking, Carousel will welcome Somerset’s The Ethicurean to its kitchen 3 – 7 April, with a menu featuring treats such as Gigha Halibut, salt marsh lamb and milk stout with chocolate.
Book a table between 10 – 14 April to enjoy the diverse dishes served up by Restaurant 1877. Straight from Bergen’s thriving food scene, the menu will feature dishes giving a nod to Nordic culinary traditions, like sea buckthorn with white chocolate arugula and iceberg sauce.
With an international reputation for innovation, don’t miss the opportunity to sample Masque’s offerings. With dishes from Goan sausage and tapioca roll to langoustine toast and kasoondi mustard, the Mumbai restaurant brings its ‘wilderness to table’ philosophy to Carousel from 17 – 21 April.
