Entry is restricted to persons aged 18 or older
One entry is allowed per person, multiple email addresses for the same person will not be accepted as multiple entries.
The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received before the specified closing date. The winners will be notified as soon as possible after the draw.
When the winner is chosen, this decision is final, and no additional correspondence will be entered into.
Participation in this Promotion is completely free and shall not require or otherwise suggest any payment for entry by the Participants.

The Promotion will begin at 9:00 AM GMT +1 on 15/11/23 and end at 18:00PM GMT +1 on 31/12/23
The Portman Estate reserves the right to extend the Promotion period at its convenience, and shall communicate any such extension to Participants through an update to the original Promotion post itself. Likewise, The Portman Estate reserves the right to interrupt and/or terminate the Promotion in advance of its scheduled end time in the event that there are unavoidable circumstances beyond control that sufficiently justify said decision, and shall communicate any such interruption or termination to users through an update to the Promotion post itself.

All prizes are subject to availability. Should any prize be unavailable, a prize of similar price or specification may be substituted.
Entirety of the prize is not required to be redeemed all at once and can be redeemed across multiple dates upon request.
Prize must be redeemed by 31 July 2024.
