ZOILO is delighted to welcome Piero Incisa della Rocchetta, founder of Bodega Chacra, for a very special Meet the Winemaker evening celebrating the extraordinary wines and distinctive terroir of Argentine Patagonia.
We have long been admirers of Piero, his remarkable work and the exceptional wines of Bodega Chacra. To welcome him to ZOILO for such an intimate occasion is truly a dream come true, and one we are incredibly excited to share with our guests.
Founded in 2004 in Mainqué, in the Río Negro region of northern Patagonia, Bodega Chacra has earned international acclaim for its elegant and expressive wines. Working with historic, ungrafted vineyards and following organic and biodynamic principles, Piero has dedicated himself to capturing the purity and character of this remarkable landscape, producing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay of exceptional finesse, freshness and minerality.
Throughout the evening, Piero will personally guide our guests through a carefully curated selection of his wines, sharing the stories, philosophy and passion behind each bottle. To complement this exceptional collection, Chef Patron Diego Jacquet has created a bespoke five course menu, celebrating seasonal ingredients and ZOILO’s contemporary Argentine cuisine.
